Kenton Chan

Co‑Founder & Group CEO, Kevito Group

Kenton is a serial entrepreneur with a strong track record of identifying distinctive food and beverage concepts and introducing them to new markets.  He was the driving force behind identifying the Chatime concept and bringing the brand to Canada, laying the foundation for what has grown into one of the country’s leading bubble tea platforms.

As Group CEO, Kenton leads the strategic direction of Kevito Group and works closely with the leadership team to expand the company’s portfolio of innovative Asian food and beverage brands across Canada. With a deep passion for food culture and emerging consumer trends, he regularly travels across Asia to explore new restaurant concepts, flavours, and formats that have the potential to resonate with North American consumers.

Thomas Wong

Co‑Founder & President, Kevito Group

Thomas is a versatile business leader with a background in entrepreneurship, strategy consulting, and corporate leadership.  He has played a leading role in launching and scaling Kevito Group’s restaurant portfolio since its inception, building the operational, financial, and development capabilities that support the company’s expanding network of locations across Canada.

Drawing on experience spanning multiple industries, Thomas is passionate about entrepreneurship and the challenge of building scalable organizations. His work focuses on developing the systems, operating models, and technology and data capabilities that enable brands to grow into sustainable platforms. He is also a strong advocate for the franchising business model and serves on the board of the Canadian Franchise Association.

Trinh Tham

Chief Executive Officer, Chatime and Bake Code

Trinh brings extensive leadership experience across some of the largest food and retail brands in Canada, where she has held senior executive roles leading strategy, operations, and business transformation initiatives.

Working closely with Kevito Group’s founders, Trinh focuses on scaling the company’s platform, strengthening operational excellence, and supporting the continued expansion of innovative Asian food and beverage brands across Canada.

Trinh has deep expertise in brand strategy, customer engagement, and digital transformation, shaped through senior leadership roles at organizations including Harry Rosen, Loblaw, Sobeys, and Tim Hortons. She also serves on several boards, contributing experience in corporate governance, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.
